Resonate Teas are handmade in small batches by San Diego native Ilea Dorsey to help people cultivate a relationship with nature and their bodies through small daily practices.
Small rituals connect us to each other, the present moment and to deeper parts of ourselves.
It is my hope that Resonate teas will inspire these small rituals in your life, by calling you into the present moment to remind you of the Beauty that is alive in the world.

I believe that incorporating small, mindful rituals into our routines can foster a sense of community, ground us in the present moment, and unlock a deeper understanding of ourselves. My hope is that Resonate Teas can serve as a catalyst for these rituals, gently reminding people of the beauty that surrounds us in every moment.
